Job Description:
Achieve the company’s monthly sales target by acquiring new sales opportunities and enhancing existing customers’ base.
Develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new sales leads through proactive outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, social media engagement);
Create a sales process from the initial outreach to closing and account management;
Focus on taking care of English-speaking markets;
Build and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing customers;
Prepare sales quotation and regular report;
Work on sales promotion and sales strategy planning;
Work cross-functionally with other teams including Marketing, Customer Service, and
Procurement.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Business, Sales and Marketing Management;
Minimum 3+ years working experience in retail sales. Preferable key account management and Sales;
Passionate in retail or service-oriented industry;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills, customer oriented, well organised, self-motivated, outgoing, positive personality, willing to take challenge, and able to work independently;
High adaptability and ability to work in cross cross-functional capacity;
Client-centric and proactive;
Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure;
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel v-lookup and PowerPoint;
Proficiency in English is a must. Preference to have English as your first or native language or have lived in an English-speaking nation for some time.
