Marketing Specialist (Part time)
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Plug The Impact's marketing activities, attending online (and in person) events and conferences, managing social media accounts, and dealing with any related administration issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, event management, graphic design and website development with proficiency in UX/UI design. The candidate should be passionate about promoting sustainable development and reducing carbon emissions.
Main Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends
Support the sales team with the creation and design of marketing documentation
Coordinate with other team members to ensure that marketing and operations activities align with the company's goals and objectives
Develop and maintain the company's website with proficiency in UX/UI design to ensure seamless user experience, assist with graphic design of company’s website and other marketing material
Manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn, and develop marketing materials such as presentations and brochures
Attend events, conferences, webinars, and other relevant events to network and promote Plug The Impact's activities
Deal with any admin issues related to the company's operations, such as applications for funding and office-related activities
Requirements
Immediate availability
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
Experience in event management, social media management, operations, and website development with proficiency in UX/UI design (required)
Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices and passion for promoting sustainable development
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail
Experience in video production and management, including creating video content, editing, and optimizing videos for various platforms and audiences, as well as tracking and analysing video performance metrics
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (possibility of working remotely)
Fluency in English required. Knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin would be a plus
