SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are looking for an energetic and motivated young professional to be integrated in our commercial team.

FICEP Hong Kong Ltd is the subsidiary of FICEP SpA, (see www.ficepgroup.com) multinational Italian Company, leader in the manufacturing of CNC Machines and Equipment for the Steel Fabrication and Forging industry.

The major activity of FICEP Hong Kong is the sales and aftersales services to the customers in the Far East region through our own structure as well as through the coordination of a network of agents.

Job Description:

• Prepare and manage all the quotations for new machines

• Support the Area Managers in the back-office activities

• Management of all documentation of sales contracts

• Management of the customer Database in Salesforce and the overall sales reporting

• Be in charge of all the promotional activity (social networks – Newsletters – Brochures …) in close contact with our Marketing Department in Italy

• Organize exhibitions and events (Open houses – webinars ….) in coordination with the HQ

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English. Mandarin could be considered as a plus

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or similar

• Good organization skills

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office packages
