Founded in 1605, Acetaia Giusti is the oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. A history of more than 400 years full of awards and recognitions achieved during the Great Universal Expositions of the late 1800s. From that era come the 14 Gold Medals that, together with the Coat of Arms of the Royal House of Savoy, still characterize the iconic label. Run today by the 17th generation of the family, the ancient Acetaia is the custodian of centuries-old know-how and barrel heritage that have always distinguished the Giusti style. Produced according to Modenese tradition and aged in the family’s ancient barrels, Giusti Balsamic Vinegars are the result of a deep love for a territory and a constant search for excellence.
To celebrate and share this long-standing legacy, the Giusti family has opened the doors of Casa Giusti, a museum in Modena where visitors are guided through 10 immersive rooms filled with historical objects, tracing the evolution of the family’s craft since the early 17th century.
