Manifold with Precise Flow Inserts: The superior POLYFLOW Flow-Insert technology allows the easy realisation of the most complex manifold layouts on several levels. The flow channels have no dead corners and have a smooth melt flow. No dead angle residue, fast colour change, best flow balance solution.
Fast Colour Change Technology
The hot runner system adopts a flow-balance runner design, evenly fills the cavity, with a no-dead-corners design, a unique nozzle design with conductive wear-resistant tips, and durable TZM tips with excellent heat conductivity and wear resistance.
Valve Technology
Valve Gate nozzle is equipped with a pre-centred pin guide and a tight cylindrical fit that makes almost invisible gate marks and helps reduce wear on the valve pin. Pneumatic or Hydraulic Dual Drive Cylinder design (Working Pressure: min 6 bar/max 25 bar). It can easily adjust the depth of the valve pin on the outside, no need to disassemble the piston. Also, interchangeable Valve Pin and guide.
LSR Multi-Shot (2K) Molding Technology
The LSR Multi-shot (2K) injection moulding technique is the ability to create injection-molded parts by forcing two different materials into different locations in the same mold ( Hot Runner Mold + LSR Cold Deck). The 1st plastic material is injected into the mold to fill the cavity, and then the 2nd shot of LSR feeding into the same mold by the LSR injection unit for LSR parts integration.
