The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao invites you to join us for a specialized Coffee & Chat session, organized in collaboration with Deloitte. This session highlights Italy’s growing appeal as a destination for global investors, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.

We will explore the latest developments in Italian tax and immigration frameworks, alongside key administrative trends in Mainland China under the evolving Common Reporting Standard (CRS) environment.

Our Experts Will Share Key Highlights

  • An overview of Italy’s main immigration procedures that allow foreign citizens to obtain long-term visas, together with an in-depth explanation of the recent updates to the Italian Flat Tax Regime. The discussion will showcase why Italy has become an increasingly attractive destination for fund managers, executives, and high-net-worth individuals seeking to relocate or invest.

  • An analysis of recent individual income tax (IIT) administration trends in Mainland China under the CRS information exchange framework. Case studies will demonstrate how the new Italian Flat Tax Regime can be effectively structured in combination with offshore family trusts and Hong Kong family office arrangements for Mainland Chinese high-net-worth individuals.

This session will provide participants with a comparative perspective on Italy’s new tax landscape and China’s evolving compliance environment, offering valuable insights into cross-border wealth management and relocation strategies.
