The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao is pleased to host an exclusive Negroni Masterclass, an immersive journey into one of Italy's most iconic cocktails, in collaboration with Campari Group and supported by Consorzio Tutela Grana Padano, on Friday, November 21st.

Led by the Campari Brand Ambassador, Delphine Kong, the session will guide you through the art of crafting three distinctive Campari cocktails. You'll have fun mixing, tasting, and discovering the secrets behind this timeless Italian aperitivo. Learn about its rich history and cultural significance, explore the perfect balance of ingredients, and experience how creativity can blend Italian tradition with Asian inspirations to create something truly unique.

Indulge in an Authentic Italian Experience: During the masterclass, participants will discover what aperitivo truly means while enjoying this elegant Italian pre-dinner tradition. You'll experience the perfect harmony between craft cocktails and premium Grana Padano cheese, supported by Consorzio Tutela Grana Padano, allowing you to taste Italy's most celebrated culinary treasures. This sensory journey showcases the essence of Italian conviviality and gastronomy.
