Italian food and wine are beloved all around the world, and Hong Kong makes no exception. The F&B Committee wants to promote and valorize the Italian wine, food and beverages ecosystem in Hong Kong and Macao, increasing the visibility of the members of the Committee within the local media and consumer community. The Committee is also organizing events to engage members and non-members to educate them on the authenticity of Italian ingredients and preparations. Moreover, the Committee aims to facilitate cross-industry collaboration with the other Committees.
