Hong Kong Government Relief Package to Enterprises and Individuals
The Financial Secretary Paul Chan Mo-po delivered on Wednesday, February 26th in front of the Legislative Council a HK$120 billion relief deal in an effort to shore up economic confidence in a city battered by political unrest and the coronavirus.
The Government, in particular, set aside a total of HK$18.3 billion to implement a new raft of measures aimed at safeguarding jobs and supporting enterprises.
Furthermore, an expenditure of about HK$71 billion will benefit about 7 million people, in order to stimulate the economy by boosting local consumption and relieve the financial burden on the community.

As part of the HK$30 billion Hong Kong Governement relief package Anti-epidemic Fund to relieve the burden on the industries and employees, The Food Licence Holders Subsidy Scheme is now open to applications from eligible food licence holders for a grant of one-off subsidy.
