Questa campagna è promossa e finanziata dal Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale e implementata da Assocamerestero in collaborazione con le Camere di Commercio Italiane all’estero.
True Italian Taste è un’iniziativa globale che ha come obiettivo dare importanza ai benefici derivanti dall’uso e all’acquisto consapevole del food 100% made in Italy per contrastare il fenomeno dell Italian Sounding. Questo fenomeno si riferisce all’uso di termini, immagini e connotazioni geografiche per prodotti che sembrano italiani ma che in realtà non hanno origine italiana.
True Italian Taste intende diffondere una maggiore conoscenza delle caratteristiche di tipicità, dei luoghi di origine e degli aspetti nutrizionali e certificativi dei prodotti DOP-IGP.
Il 18 di Maggio, la Camera di Commercio Italiana ospiterà un pranzo il cui obiettivo è creare un’esperienza gastronomica e sostenibile, curata dal rinomato Chef napoletano Antimo Merone nel suo ristorante Estro.
Durante evento esclusivo, gli ospiti verranno trasportati in un viaggio gastronomico alla scoperta delle origini napoletane dello Chef Antimo, che mostrerà la sua innata creatività il e il suo approccio progressivo verso la cucina italiana, sottolineando al contempo l’importanza dell’uso di prodotti autentici italiani.
