The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao is glad to invite you to a unique event, “Gastronomy Experience with 3 stars Michelin Chef Mauro Uliassi”, for a special afternoon of tastings.
Join this outstanding culinary experience on Wednesday, 1 December, from 3:30 PM until 5:30 PM at Conrad Hong Kong.
Chef Mauro Uliassi will be joining our guests via live stream to give insights on the future of Italian gastronomy in the post-COVID era, introduce his restaurant and his personal view on Italian cuisine. Last but not least, Chef Uliassi will talk about his new book “Mauro Uliassi meets Giovanni Gaggia: Art – Food – Cooking”, a combination of recipes and art.
Chef Luca Marinelli from Black Sheep Restaurant and Chef Valentino Ugolini from CIAK – In the Kitchen will recreate one of Chef Uliassi’s signature dishes for our guests.
What’s more? Guests can savour a selection of chocolate sponsored by Venchi.
Mauro Uliassi is an Italian Chef who has transformed a beachside café into a world-class 3 stars Michelin restaurant. In 2021, his restaurant is ranked as the 52nd World’s Best Restaurant by the 50 Best Discovery.
