COVID-19 has significantly affected and shuttered the global economy in the past two years. Both China and Hong Kong have high hopes in recovering the economy by implementing different initiatives, including promoting domestic travel in China and the consumption voucher scheme in Hong Kong. As the growth rates of both industrial export and import in China in the last quarter are higher than the pre-pandemic level, and the economic growth in Hong Kong grew rapidly in the past 6 months, the market is optimistic about the economic outlook in 2022.
In view of this, the Italian Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with The Economist Intelligence Corporate Network, is honoured to invite you to this Afterwork Talk, an insightful occasion to learn the macro trends outlook for China and Hong Kong with the latest data and research conducted by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) and the Economist Corporate Network (ECN).
Don’t miss out on this informative after-work talk and participate in the networking session afterwards to discuss your views with others!
The after-work talk will be followed by light refreshments.
*Please note the event has limited seats only and requires attendance approval, thank you for your kind understanding.
