As we enter into a “new normal” in trade and business, there’s no time like the present to perform a check-up on your company’s health.
Business “health checks” can help corporations to highlight possible areas of vulnerability and growth. These checks also help to uncover challenges your business is likely to face now and in the future. Given today’s constantly developing legal and regulatory environment, company health checks are an efficient and effective exercise to not only test your internal levels of compliance but to ensure your business considers the issues affecting your industry in the broader commercial context.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao is therefore pleased to invite you to this webinar in collaboration with RPC.
In this webinar, experts from RPC will examine some of the typical terms in core agreements, ranging from commercial leases and supply chain agreements to employment contracts. RPC will also highlight key contractual terms to look out for and provide various practical tips on risk mitigation.
Don’t miss out!
