Mr Michael Cheng, Partner, People & Organisation at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong
Michael leads digital HR services across a breadth of sectors in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Asia. He has led large-scale digital transformations for large organisations across the globe, advising on how clients can maximise digital HR and enable their people strategy. He has over 20 years of experience designing, developing, deploying and optimising enterprise-level solutions around HR automation, process optimisation and alignment for the achievement of corporate objectives.
Michael’s experience includes the development of digital solutions to enable large-scale global HR and Finance transformation initiatives involving significant organisational and technological change with a focus on delivering scalable and flexible cloud-based SaaS solutions (Workday, Salesforce) as the technology enabler. Michael also has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 global organisations at all levels, from the C-Suite level to individual contributors.

Elaine is a Partner with the Consulting practice with experience in banking and consulting. She provides professional services to clients across a wide range of topics including Analytics; Stress testing and Capital analysis; ESG advisory and climate risk management; Digital Banking and Credit Lending, and advisory services in relation to regulations from HKMA, SFC, OCC and FRB.
