The Chinese government has been in a virtual frenzy to address many long-standing weaknesses in IP protection in the country. While some of the recent initiatives are a work in progress, others merit close attention by Hong Kong and foreign businesses.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to an informative webinar in collaboration with SIPS. In this webinar, our speaker will provide an update on recent developments in the Protection of Intellectual Property in China, with a particular focus on brand protection, patents, enforcement of rights online, and new best practices that are emerging based on recent changes in the law.
Don’t miss out on this enlightening webinar!
