He is a serial entrepreneur below 40 years old. He founded People & Projects, now part of Hawksford, and represented his company to speak frequently in seminars covering expertise on business, finance, and startups. His speakership extends to sport roundtables on training, postural and nutrition strategies, and techniques. Since 2009, Stefano is sponsored by Asics thanks to his sports achievements including the title holder of the Hong Kong Marathon HKAAA record and No.1 age-group runner in the history of Ironman World Championship. Stefano strongly believes in the union and direct correlation between competitive sports performances and successful business and family life – these concepts were once mutually exclusive until recently become more accepted and possibly marking a new paradigm of work-life balance.
Alessandro Bisagni, Founder & President, BEE Incorporation
He is the Founder and Managing Director of BEE Incorporations, a sustainability engineering consulting and technology company specializing in the creation of green and healthy buildings. BEE is a GBCI recognized LEED Proven Provider and part of USGBC’s LEED User Group for Retail. The company specializes in building simulations, commissioning, green building certification, and cloud-based building data management for ensuring ongoing performance. Alessandro has managed over 200 LEED projects, across 25 countries, with a combined GFA of over 35 million square feet. BEE is one of the most experienced green building consultancies in the retail sector worldwide. He has been recognized by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as a Top 40 Under 40 professional class of 2016, and Tatler Hong Kong Generation T List class of 2017. He is the co-Founder of the Sustainable Buildings Collaborative (SBC) China and current Chairman of Platinum Hong Kong, two professional industry groups whose mission is to spread green building knowledge across Greater China and build ties between local LEED practitioners and the USGBC.
Elena Raho, Founder, DO IT-Ideas into Things
Hong Kong resident from 2014, raised in Turin blending Polytechnic education with a broader creative background, Elena has started “connecting the dots” of her design and product development career at Fila Sport in 2001, then progressing to operations roles at major fashion brands such as Adidas and Armani in Europe and Asia. A lively interest in market trends and entrepreneurship led her to co-found the fashion design agency DO IT Ideas Into Things (Hong Kong) in 2017 and the internationalization platform HERE Connecting Creativity in 2018 (Milan – Hong Kong), with focus on sharing design thinking values and networking opportunities globally. To spread culture around sustainable fashion – and sustainability at large – is one of our ecosystem’s priority for coming years. With always in mind that the best has yet to come!
Stefano Tordiglione, Creative Director and Founder, Stefano Tordiglione Design
Born in Napoli, Italy, Stefano Tordiglione moved to New York to work and study in the 1990s. Stefano’s interests are similarly broad, an artist with works held in distinguished private art collections, he has also worked with UNICEF as Project Manager and Art Director, organising international events held in Italy.
From there he moved into the art field, doing several installations and personal projects before relocating to Hong Kong and founding Stefano Tordiglione Design in 2010. He values the freedom that is afforded to designers in Hong Kong. He feels that truly innovative work can be achieved here.
Antonio Tripodi, Founder, Bureau Of Compliance (B.O.C.)
Antonio Tripodi is the founder of Bureau Of Compliance (B.O.C.), a department of LOMBRA Group, in 2018. Within B.O.C, Antonio is offering sustainable solutions in products and services. Born in Italy, grown up and educated in France, Antonio is also specialized in Sensory Marketing, Non-Conventional Marketing, Neuromarketing and Retail Luxury packaging and Display. These 360° vision, from development to production, allows Antonio to offers to clients an innovative strategic approach. Antonio has a unique 8-year background in Mainland China, South Asia and India combining his deep understanding of factories substratus with his expertise in sustainable materials development which provides his clients with unique advantages. He has worked side by side with top brands to introduce sustainable solutions in their retail packaging, supporting them to source sustainable materials and setting production processes focused on quality and environmental practices. As an example, FSC paper, eco-friendly laminations and PCW (post-consumer waste) contents into luxury shopping bags are under our eyes every day. Today Antonio is introducing recycled and compostable materials into the customer product proposition.

Michelle has over 10 years of fashion retail and e-commerce experience, ranging from buying, product development, marketing, e-commerce to operations. Starting off with global e-commerce businesses, she later moved to ethical fashion retail to continue her focus on reducing fashion’s environmental impact.
