The Prato Chamber of Commerce in Italy invites Hong Kong fashion and design students to rethink one of the products showcased in the exhibition “Rethinking The Product” by making use of innovative materials or technologies.

The exhibition which will take place from October 17 to November 2, 2008 at Innocentre, 72 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong.

The contest is open to students of Fashion and Design Schools and Universities in Hong Kong and aims to enhance the awareness regarding recycled materials and innovative products amongst design student.

The winning designer will be offered a fully-sponsored trip to Prato (Italy) to realize the prototype of the proposed design.

意大利普拉托商會現正誠意邀請在香港就讀時裝及設計的學生參加「產品新構想」設計比賽。各參賽者須運用創新物料或技術，重新設計其中一件於「產品新構想」展覽展出的作品。

該展覽將於二零零八年十月十七日至十一月二日，在香港九龍塘達之路72號創新中心舉行。

是次比賽開放予所有香港的時裝及設計學生參與，目的為加強學生對再造物料及創新產品之意識。

優勝者將獲得贊助到訪意大利的普拉托省，將其得獎作品製作成實物。
